EVENTS Cars and Working Families: Expanding Opportunities in a Changing Economic Environment Car Ownership and Financing in Changing Times This one day event held on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 consisted of panel presentations conducted by national experts and roundtable discussions designed to address key issues impacting the field.
