Cars and Working Families: Expanding Opportunities in a Changing Economic Environment
Opporunity Cars, National Consumer Law Center and The Aspen Institue convenened a national strategy meeting on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Baltimore Branch to explore the economic issues that are changing the world around us and the impact on working families ability to acquire and keep a car.
